Intram Investments, Inc. is an Orlando, Florida-based real estate development and restaurant investment company. Since its inception in 1991, Intram’s activities have centered on its strategic plan via acquisitions of high-profile, infill retail properties and build-to-suit developments at premium locations throughout Central Florida; investments in the food service industry spanning seven states; and other endeavors.
As the President of Intram Investments, Inc., Mr. Rashid Khatib has directed the activities of Intram and its predecessor since 1985. Under his guidance, Intram has grown to be a leading real estate development company in Central Florida. Intram’s growth resulted from the strong relationships formed with investors, lending institutions, buyers, sellers, tenants, and real estate professionals.
Mr. Khatib received a Master in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Baltimore. In addition, Mr. Khatib has a bachelor degree in Philosophy from the Lebanese University in Beirut.
With various investments in the Middle East, Mr. Khouri is Chairman of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Board Member of the largest investment holding company, Palestine Development & Investment Co. (PADICO).
Prior to Intram, Mr. Khouri was a global activities director and board member of The Olayan Group.
Mr. Khouri received a Master of Science in Engineering from the Stuttgart Institute of Technology in Stuttgart, Germany and a Master of Business Administration from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France.
Mr. Hodge is Executive Vice President of Intram Investments, Inc. and is involved in all aspects of Intram’s operations. Mr. Hodge joined Intram in 1995 and since has directed Intram’s project implementation, including contract and lease negotiation, project management, due diligence activities, acquisition, disposition, and finance.
Prior to joining Intram, Mr. Hodge was involved in restaurant development and operations, as well as, having practiced real estate and commercial law at a mid-western law firm adding vital experience to the Intram management team.
Mr. Hodge received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Dakota.
Mr. Khatib is the Senior Vice President of Intram Investments, Inc. and is responsible for business development at Intram and its subsidiaries. Nader joined Intram in 2003 and was involved in all aspects of Intram’s business including development, leasing, property management, acquisitions and investor relations before resigning in 2011 to pursue his master’s degree. Prior to re-joining Intram, he worked at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia where he was a member of the International Government Relations Team.
Mr. Khatib received a Master’s of Business Administration from The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, with a concentration in Marketing. He received his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Central Florida in Business Management. Mr. Khatib is also a licensed real estate sales associate.
Prior to joining Intram, Ms. Teague worked for Boyd Development Corporation where she was involved in all aspects of the company’s development process including the negotiation of land and improved property purchase and sale agreements, disposition agreements and lease agreements as well as project and asset management, due diligence activities and project finance. During her 21-year tenure with the firm she was involved in multiple build-to-suits, land developments, grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use projects and dispositions. Earlier in her career she spent six years at SunTrust Bank where she was engaged in both internal and external audits of the company and its customers. Ms. Teague graduated from Florida Southern College with degrees in Accounting and Finance and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.
Mr. Fromberg became the President / COO of Twistee Treat USA in 2016 and is responsible for leading the overall expansion, strategic development, culture and operations for the Twistee Treat USA brand.
Prior to joining Twistee Treat USA Mr. Fromberg spent 15 years as an Executive in the International Resort Tourism and Hospitality industry working with major brands on global expansion, operational planning and brand strategy. Mr. Fromberg attended Fresno State University where he studied Business and also received degrees in Nutrition and Baking from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York.
Ms. Custodio is the assistant controller of Intram Investment Inc. and is responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and investors relations. Ms. Custodio has worked for Lucent Technologies as a Financial Analyst and has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field.
Prior to joining Intram, Ms. Custodio acquired a strong real estate and property management background having worked for a national property management company based in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Custodio received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Divine Word University, located in the Philippines.
Kelly’s Bio : Ms. Froelich joined Intram Investments, Inc. in 2013 as special projects manager to work on the coordination of EB5 Projects, development of new restaurant ventures, as well as marketing and business development efforts for Twistee Treat USA and Vinito Restaurant. In 2015 Ms. Froelich took on the development process for new Twistee Treat units from due diligence, through design, development, construction until turnover of the premises to the operations team and is now involved in the development coordination and tenant delivery for new shopping centers.
Prior to joining Intram, Ms. Froelich acquired her skills from her experiences being a professional athlete and a sales manager. Ms. Froelich graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with a degree in Consumer Economics and NCAA Division 1 All-American recognition for her role in the UGA’s Women’s Golf Team.
Mr. Frank joined Intram Realty in 2011 to work on acquisitions and leasing. Barry Frank has been a licensed real estate broker for over 35 years. Prior to joining Intram Realty Mr. Frank was involved in the development of several tourist attractions in Orlando, Key West, and Pigeon Forge along with several shopping centers. Mr. Frank attended Florida State University where he majored in Real Estate.
Mr. Victor Khatib joined Intram Investments, Inc. in 1997 as Project Superintendent. Currently, his time is split between managing Field Operations for ongoing projects, and management of Intram’s food concepts. Over the course of Victor’s 16 year tenure at Intram Investments, he was instrumental in the management of Intram’s shopping centers and assisted in the brand development of Vinito Ristorante.
Additionally, Mr. Khatib has a strong background in Property Management, Construction, and Real Estate, and is a licensed real estate sales associate.
Mr. Khatib is the general manager of Vinito Ristorante located in the Premium Outlets International drive, Orlando. A 20 year veteran of the food-service business, Tommy moved to Orlando 10 years ago. After moving to Florida Tommy Khatib became the GM for Café Ritazza in downtown Orlando. Prior to joining Intram, Mr. Khatib worked for Friendly’s ice cream, Bennigans, TGI Fridays, Sodexo USA, and Compass Group North America. Mr. Khatib earned his Retail management degree though Sedexo University along with manager’s certificates.
Ms. Fong joined Twistee Treat USA in February 2013 as Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Twistee Treat USA, Ms. Fong has worked for the last twenty years in the Health Care Industry, the latest eight years at as the Finance Manager for a local Non-Profit Organization
Ms. Fong has an A.S. Degree in Marketing and Sales from Southern College, Florida and is currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with the Seminole State University in Seminole County, Florida.
Ms. Colon joined Intram Investments in July 2015. Ms Colon’s responsibilities include managing the administration, accounting, and human resources for Vinito Ristorante. Ms. Colon’s background includes experience in the restaurant industry for 5 years at the Walt Disney World Parks and 15 years in numerous roles in the education industry such as instructional assistant at St John Vianney.
Julie joined Twistee Treat USA in April 2015 as the Payroll Coordinator and Accounting Support. Prior to joining Twistee Treat USA, Julie worked for seventeen years with the Accounting Payroll Division – Wyndham Worldwide. Currently, Julie maintains fourteen stores’ Human Resources, Payroll and assist with bookkeeping entries and reconciliations.
Ms. Khatib began her career in Central Florida in 1994 employed by Mr. Khatib in customer service and Management at Smart Gift Shops. In 2009, Ms. Khatib moved to another operation owned by Rashid Khatib, Vinito’s Tuscan Tavern, where she was acting Manager with duties including hiring, training and customer service.
In 2011 to further her education, Ms. Khatib attended Anthem College in Orlando; she graduated in 2013 with a degree in Dental Assistance and worked three years in the dental field.
In April 2016, Ms. Khatib joined the Intram Investments team once again as the Office Manager. Her duties include billing, accounting support, customer service for Twistee Treat and the overall internal office management of Intram Investments.
Mr. Guernsey joined the Intram team in 2014. He brings with him over 20 years in management in the food service industry, most recently with Intram Investment’s partner TGIFridays, where he earned many profit and retention awards.
Mr. Guernsey is responsible for the operations and sales growth of all Twistee Treat units located in the Central Florida market and is helping lead the expansion of the Twistee Treat brand.
Mr. Parkes joined the Twistee Treat USA team in 2015 as Director of Operations and is responsible for the operation of the West Florida Twistee Treat locations as well as helping lead the overall expansion of the brand.
Prior to joining Twistee Treat, Mr. Parkes spent twenty years in the QSR segment of the restaurant industry, spending 15 years with Yum Brands Pizza Hut in positions ranging from General Manager to Human Resource and Training Leader for West Florida. Mr. Parkes spent an additional five years as a Director with a KFC/TB Franchise.
Mr. Smith joined Twistee Treat USA in 2016 to lead the company into its growth in the Texas market. Mr. Smith comes to Twistee Treat with 15 years in the restaurant industry shared across two national brand, one in the casual dining segment and another in the casual plus segment.
Prior to getting into the hospitality industry Mr. Smith worked as a sales person, estimator, and project supervisor in the construction industry.
Ms. Ferreira joined Twistee Treat USA in February 2016 as a project manager responsible for the development process of new units. Before her start at Twistee Treat, Ms. Ferreira worked in the marketing industry for over 5 years managing nationalaccounts as well as international clients.
Prior to her position in the marketing industry, Ms. Ferreira worked in New York and South Florida in the constructionindustry handling a variety of tasks in the development of governmental remodeling and new construction projects.
Ms. Laura Kopilovic joined the Twistee Treat USA team in April 2016 as a project manager. She is responsible for the development of new Twistee Treat ventures in parts of Florida, in the Houston Texas market and for repairs and maintenance on units already in operations.
Prior to joining Twistee Treat USA LLC, Ms. Kopilovic acquired her skills from a unique range of experiences ranging from Training Manager, Senior Restaurant Consultant, Host and Team Supervisor to General Management in the hospitality industry.
Ms. Kopilovic received her Diploma as a Hotel and Restaurant Manager in Frankfurt/Germany
